Refund policy

We do not issue refunds and we do not accept exchanges unless the item you purchased from us is defective. Please note that due to the sensitive nature of the items in our catalogue, all skin patches are considered personal health products and are FINAL SALE unless defective. We do not accept cancellations, regardless of whether the order has been shipped yet.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hey@husesphere.com with details of the product and the defect. You will be required to send a photo of the defective item. For this scenario, please state "DEFECTIVE PRODUCT" in the subject line. 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product and ship it via the same shipping method you chose at checkout at no additional cost to you.

ORDER ERRORS / RECEIVED WRONG ITEMS

If you received the wrong item(s) and the error is on our end, you will be required to send a photo of the item(s) you received to hey@husesphere.com. Please state "WRONG ITEM(S)" in the subject line. Once reviewed, you will be provided with a return shipping label and will be required to return the items back to us. Once the product has been received back to our warehouse, we will then facilitate an exchange.

If the wrong items were purchased by mistake and the error is on the customer's end, you understand that we are not responsible for this error. We do not facilitate exchanges or refunds for this type of scenario. 

DISCOUNT CODES DISCLAIMER

You agree that you understand that we do not apply discount codes once the order has been placed. All discount codes must be placed at the checkout by the customer in order to redeem their value. If you were unable to apply this to your most recent order, you will need to apply it to your next order with us. 

You agree that you understand that discount codes cannot be stacked (due to technical limitations on our platform). If there is ever a scenario where two discount codes are available to the customer, only one discount can be applied per order.

SALE PRICES DISCLAIMER

Please kindly note that once a sale has ended, any order placed after this time will be at full retail price. Sale prices are not honoured once a sale has ended.

DELAYS / HOLDS

You understand that if your parcel is delayed in any way or placed in a holding facility, refunds are not facilitated for these issues caused by the shipping provider. All sales are final. Until the status of the parcel has been determined by the shipping partner, we cannot move forward with the claim. More information is available via our Shipping Policy.

You agree that if you are unable to receive your parcel and it is placed at a holding or postal office, you are responsible for retrieving this parcel within the provided timeframe. If you do not and the parcel is shipped back to us, you assume full responsibility for any additional shipping charges required to ship the parcel back to you. DELIVERY

Please kindly note that after the parcel has reached its destination the merchant and delivery service are no longer liable. We are not responsible for any stolen parcels or parcels that have been delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error when inputting their address information. GENERAL ORDER ISSUES

Please kindly note that if you notice a discrepancy with the items you received, you must submit your claim to us via email at hey@husesphere.com within 3 days of receiving your items. We are not responsible for issues outside of this timeframe.
