Shipping policy

All orders are shipped out by 4PM EST, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

By checking out from our store, you agree to the following:

WRONG ADDRESS INPUTTED OR WRONG SHIPPING METHOD SELECTED

You agree that should you make a mistake when inputting your address and do not realize until after it has been shipped, we do not take responsibility for this error and that you will cover all shipping costs required to re-ship your items to you. If you choose not to pay for the additional shipping costs your items will not be refunded and you will not be provided with credit. All sales are final. 

If you have inputted the wrong address and the parcel has been delivered to the wrong address, you agree that we are not responsible for this. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to input the correct shipping address when checking out and we do not provide refunds for this scenario, nor do we re-ship orders that have been delivered to the wrong address (if at the fault of the customer).

You agree that if you choose the wrong shipping method at checkout and the item is already in transit, we are not responsible for this error and that you will take full responsibility to coordinate the retrieval of this item. We do not issue refunds for these types of scenarios. All sales are final.

DELIVERY DATE ESTIMATES

You agree that all delivery dates listed at the checkout are simply estimates and that your order is not always guaranteed by or on this date. These estimates are provided directly by the shipping provider and are completely out of our control. As such, no refunds or cancellations are granted for parcels delivered outside of the estimated dates displayed at the checkout.

DELAYS, HOLDS, AND HOLDING FACILITIES

If there is a situation where your order is delayed in any way or placed in a holding facility with your shipping provider, you agree and understand that we, Huse, are not responsible for any unforeseen delays, holds or issues with delivery. You agree and understand that it is your responsibility to contact the shipping provider.

If any claims/tickets are submitted with your shipping provider, you agree and understand that both parties will need to wait for formal confirmation from Purolator on the parcel's status before moving on to any next steps, regardless of which party submitted the claim.

Refunds are not facilitated for delays, holds or issues caused by the shipping provider.

You agree that if you are unable to receive your parcel and/or it is placed at a holding facility or postal office, you are responsible to retrieve this parcel within the provided timeframe. If you do not and the parcel is shipped back to us, you assume full responsibility for any additional shipping charges required to ship the parcel back to you. We do not issue refunds or credits for this type of scenario.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY 

You agree that once your order has been shipped and you have received your tracking number you assume full responsibility for your order and its arrival.

SHIPPING PROVIDER PARCEL PLACEMENT

You agree that we (Huse) are not responsible for where our shipping partners place your parcel.

You agree that should you run into any issues in regards to your order (late delivery, no show, errors within the items received etc.), you will contact us (hey@husesphere.com) within 3 days of when you made your purchase with your order number and order details. 

Please note that after the parcel has reached its destination the merchant and delivery service are no longer liable. We are not responsible for any stolen packages or parcels that have been delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error when inputting their address information. We do not provide replacement product(s) or refunds for these scenarios.
